Calls that ring out or are busy cost nothing
A parallel dialer rings up to five numbers at once for every rep, and you only pay when a call is answered. Calls that ring out, are busy or fail are free.
You are billed from the moment a call is answered until it ends, rounded up to the started minute: a 40-second call is one minute, a 61-second call is two. A call answered by a voicemail box counts as answered. Personnect recognises the machine and moves on to the next contact, so a voicemail pickup is typically a single billed minute.
Why usage-based instead of per seat
Seat licences charge for a rep whether they make 20 calls that month or 2,000. Teams end up sharing logins, rationing seats for new hires, or paying for ramping reps who barely dial yet.
With usage pricing the bill follows the work. A quiet week costs less, a new hire costs nothing until they start talking, and adding a manager to watch the reports is free. More on the trade-offs: usage-based vs per-seat pricing for sales teams.
Everything is included
There are no feature tiers on the usage plan. Every account gets unlimited calls and users, the parallel dialer with up to five lines per rep, verification on every call, AI call analysis and insights, the dedicated number algorithm, number health and registration, coverage analysis, native HubSpot and Salesforce sync, call recordings kept for a year, and reports.
