Bad data costs more than the list
Contact data goes stale all the time: people change jobs, get promoted, retire, and phone numbers get reassigned. A rep dialing a stale list spends the dials on people who aren't there, and the CRM fills with outcomes that say nothing.
Checking the list before the session starts means the dials go to people who can still buy. More on that in the compounding cost of bad phone data.
What Michael checks
- Title and company: compared against the lead's public profile and recent activity, so promotions and job changes show up before the call.
- Phone number: verified with the carrier, so numbers that don't work are flagged before anyone dials.
- Status: each lead comes back enriched, stale or retired, with bad phone numbers flagged, so you decide who goes into the dialer.
- AI insight: a two- or three-sentence opener based on the lead's recent public activity, with the sources it used.
How it works
Drop in a CSV or Excel file from any lead source, or bring contacts in from HubSpot or Salesforce. Michael detects the columns automatically, tells you how many leads it found and what enrichment will cost, and updates each row as results come in.
Ask Michael about the list in plain English (how many are stale, which titles are VP and above) and send the leads you want straight to the dialer.
Every call keeps the record current
Enrichment is the start, not the end. When nobody picks up, Personnect reads the voicemail greeting, checks the name, the title and that the number is live, and marks the contact as voicemail verified. Unanswered calls still clean your data, and the result syncs to your CRM.
What it costs
Enrichment costs 15¢ per lead Michael checks. You choose which leads to enrich, and there is no data subscription. See the full pricing.
