Subprocessors
01What this list covers
This page lists the kinds of companies Personnect uses to provide the Services, what each does for us, and the personal data it receives. It is Annex III of our Data Processing Addendum, which is part of our Terms of Service. See also our Privacy Policy.
Each entry’s data group uses the same groups of data as the Data Processing Addendum:
- Customer data: the contact lists and contact records you upload, sync or enrich. We process it for you, as your processor.
- Call data: recordings, transcripts, call records and the other data the Services create. We hold it as a controller.
- Account data: details about your account, users, billing and verification. We hold it as a controller.
- Website data: information about visitors to personnect.ai. We hold it as a controller.
Strictly, only a provider that handles customer data is a subprocessor. We list the main providers that handle call data and account data too.

We update this page before a new category of provider starts processing customer data (Section 8.3 of the Data Processing Addendum), and record the change below.
06Objecting to a change
You may object to a change on reasonable data-protection grounds by writing to contact@personnect.ai. We will work through the objection with you. If we cannot resolve it, you may close your account (Section 8.4 of the Data Processing Addendum).
